I. RECEIPT AND CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

In order to place an order, the customer must be 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Once the purchase has been made, we will send to the email account you have provided us with a summary of your order with the assigned reference number, the items you have purchased, a breakdown of additional costs such as shipping costs or others if any (such as costs for the use of the selected payment method) and contact details.

[When a customer places an order, they are making an offer to purchase the products they have selected. POLCOTTON reserves the right to accept or decline such an offer. Although we do our best to always accept and process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to accept and process a particular order after we have sent a confirmation of that order to the email account provided. In this case, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to explain the reason for the refusal and, if the customer has made a payment for the order, we will refund it].

II. METHODS OF PAYMENT

- CREDIT CARD. You can use credit or debit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD,... to pay the amount of your purchase. The payment is sent to the bank's online payment gateway where the credit card details are requested in order to make the payment securely and immediately. Our system does not store any information relating to the card, as the payment is made directly with the bank for maximum security and confidence.

- PAYPAL

- CASH ON DELIVERY . If you prefer to have the product in your hands before paying, choose this payment method. You will be charged a supplement of 3.63% (taxes included) on the final amount (minimum 2.93 €). This payment method is not available for international shipments.

- BANK TRANSFER. Orders placed by bank transfer or direct debit will be held for 3 working days awaiting payment, starting the day after the order is placed. We therefore ask you to place your order when you are ready to make the transfer or deposit. Also, remember that if the transfer is made from another bank other than the one we provide it could take 24 to 48 hours. For this reason, and to speed up orders, we recommend that you make deposits or transfers in the same bank provided whenever possible. After making the transfer or deposit, please send the bank receipt by e-mail (info@polcotton.com) the bank receipt.

-PAYMENT IN SHOP. By this method, payment will be made in shop. Orders paid in shop will be held for 3 working days awaiting payment/collection starting the day after the order is placed.

III. DELIVERY CHARGES

Shipments will be made through the transport agency MRW or its associates for orders outside Spain. The shipment will be processed as soon as possible. Under normal conditions, the delivery time in Peninsula is 24/48 hours, depending on the time the order is placed, except for orders placed with transfer payment option that will leave once the payment is reflected in the account. [POLCOTTON will not be responsible for delays in delivery when the causes are beyond its control (incorrect address, absence of the recipient, strikes, force majeure, ...)]

The shipping price includes shipping insurance, handling and shipping costs. All prices include 21.00% VAT.

1. MRW Peninsular (including Portugal)

The shipping costs are 5 euros if the total order is less than 40€, in case it is higher the shipping cost will be FREE. The order will arrive at its destination by MRW. The estimated shipping time is 24 working hours from the departure of the package.

2. MRW Balearic Islands

For any order the shipping costs are 9 euros. The shipment will arrive at its destination by MRW. The estimated shipping time is 48-72 working hours from the departure of the package.

3. MRW Canary Islands

For any order the shipping costs are 12 euros. The shipment will arrive at its destination by MRW. The estimated shipping time is 48-72 working hours from the departure of the package. The shipment includes transport costs, packaging, insurance and customs clearance at origin. Import taxes are not included, which, in case of occurrence, will be paid in cash and at destination by the recipient of the goods.

4. MRW Ceuta and Melilla

For any order the shipping costs are 20 euros. The shipment will arrive at its destination by MRW. The estimated shipping time is 48-72 working hours from the departure of the package. The shipment includes transport costs, packaging, insurance and customs clearance at origin. Import taxes are not included and, if applicable, will be paid in cash at destination by the receiver of the goods.

5. MRW Internacional

The shipment will arrive at its destination via MRW or its international subsidiaries. For international shipments, cash on delivery is not accepted as a form of payment. The shipment includes the costs of transport, packaging, insurance and customs clearance at origin. Import taxes are not included, which, if applicable, will be paid in cash and at destination by the receiver of the goods.

- SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE. Para ofrecer la tarifa específica, en envíos a Europa, el cliente deberá contactar con nosotros (info@polcotton.com) informándonos de la dirección del envío. A la mayor brevedad posible daremos respuesta a su correo electrónico facilitándole la información pertinente.

- SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE EUROPE. In order to offer the specific cost for deliveries outside Europe, the customer must contact us (info@polcotton.com) informing us of the delivery address. As soon as possible we will reply to your e-mail providing you with the relevant information.

6. Collection in shop

SiIf the customer prefers, he/she can pick up the order in our shop. This will not entail any associated costs. To proceed with the collection, the customer must identify himself/herself with the ID card.

IV. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All items purchased at POLCOTTON can be returned or exchanged, provided that such return or exchange is made within 14 calendar days of delivery of the package (including that day). Once this period has elapsed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted and no money will be refunded (except for manufacturing defects).

[The return of festive articles; products ordered directly from the factory at the customer's request; and/or articles that for reasons of hygiene or other legally established exceptions (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws) cannot be returned (except for manufacturing defects)].

To manage the return or exchange, the customer must notify us by email (info@polcotton.com) or by telephone (988270736) indicating the order number and the item/s to be exchanged or returned and we will manage an authorisation for the exchange or return of the goods.

The transport costs arising from the exchange or return shall always be borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or erroneous shipments. The transport, in any case, will be managed by MRW.

The items must be in perfect and unused condition, with all labels and accessories included where applicable. It is understood, in any case, that the use must not go beyond the mere checking and testing of the product. Therefore, used and/or deteriorated items after ordinary use will not be refunded or exchanged. Once the goods have been received and checked that they are in perfect condition, they will be exchanged or refunded. In the event that, once the goods have been received, the article is not in perfect condition, the customer will have to pay all additional costs and the articles will not be exchanged or reimbursed.

Only one modification or return is allowed per order.

1. EXCHANGES

The associated cost for exchanges in Peninsula (including Portugal) is 6€ (for Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla consult), which includes the collection of the article to be exchanged and the shipment of the new ítem or size. The transport, in any case, will be managed by MRW.

Changes of size and/or ítem can be made within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the package (including that day). Once this period has elapsed, no exchange will be accepted, unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. The item ordered may be of a higher or lower value. In the first case, a payment must be made and the corresponding refund will be made in the second case.

To manage the return, the customer must notify us by email (info@polcotton.com) or by telephone (988270736) indicating the order number and the item/s to be returned and we will explain the process, so that the return is as quick and convenient as possible for both parties.

The associated cost for returns in the Peninsula (including Portugal) is between 6 euros (12 euros in the Canary Islands; 9 euros in the Balearic Islands; 20 euros in Ceuta and Melilla). The amount For returns, it will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the returned item(s). Transportation, in everything case, it will be managed with MRW.

Returns can be made within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the package (said day including). After this period, no returns will be accepted, unless it is due to a factory defect.

To manage the return, the customer must communicate it by email (info@polcotton.com) or by phone (988270736). indicating the order number and the item(s) to be returned and we will explain the process, so that the Return is as quick and comfortable as possible for both of you.

Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be made. We will issue the refund of the returned garment/s, deducting the return costs, reversing the payment in the same way as It has been made. That is to say: i) directly to the credit card with which the payment was made, as long as it is still active, otherwise it will be refunded in the same way as a transfer; ii) to the Paypal account from which the payment was made; iii) if you have used the transfer payment method, the client must provide us with an account number to issue the refund; iv) and if the payment was made by cash on delivery, the amount will be returned without the charge made by said payment method. The refund is will be carried out within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the items in our warehouse.

If it were the case that, once the merchandise was received in our warehouse, it was not in perfect condition conditions, the customer must address all appropriate additional expenses and the items cannot be returned and, therefore, will not be refunded.



V. WARRANTIES

You have a legal guarantee in the event that the goods delivered are defective or do not meet the specifications indicated in the contract and it is necessary to repair, replace, reduce or refund the price paid. We will find a suitable solution so that you can dispose of the product in optimum condition or return it if you wish.

All products purchased from POLCOTTON include the official manufacturer's warranty which includes manufacturing defects. Defects caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or manipulation, or wear and tear due to normal use are not included.

VI. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to ensure that the stocks shown on POLCOTTON are real and up to date. However, there may be times when it is impossible to supply some of the products, due to stock shortages or stock errors. In this case we will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform him/her and he/she will be able to decide whether to exchange these products for other similar ones or to cancel the order totally or partially, proceeding to the corresponding refund in the event of having made any payment for the order.

VII. PRICE

The final price of each product will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in the event of a manifest error. All POLCOTTON prices are shown in Euros and include VAT.

Although we try to ensure that all prices shown on the website are correct, human and/or computer errors may occur. Therefore, we will not be obliged to supply the customer with any product at the incorrect lower price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by the customer as an incorrect price.

If we discover an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and you will be refunded in full any monies that may have been paid.

VIII. PROMOTIONAL CODES

The use of a promotional code or discount coupon implies, on the part of the customer, the acceptance of the specific rules of use (use, expiry date, items included,...) which are communicated to the customer at the time of receipt. The use of a promotional code that involves non-compliance with these rules, whether caused by a computer error or otherwise, will not be accepted.

The return of articles in orders with a promotional code implies the partial loss of the amount of the code as long as the conditions of use of the same are broken.


IX. IMAGES OF THE ARTICLES

All images of the articles are property of POLCOTTON.

There may be a slight difference between the colour of the image and the actual colour of the item due to the quality of the photo.

In addition to the images, we will try to give a detailed description of the characteristics of the products. If the customer has any doubts about a product feature, he/she can always contact us for additional information.


VIII. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, the customer may, in the first instance, contact POLCOTTON in order to reach an amicable solution. If this is not possible, for the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals where POLCOTTON's registered office is located, renouncing any other jurisdiction.
